Dawson Ren This kinda sounds like Cormac McCarthy, does Joyce also refuse to use punctuation?

Frank Bailey Joyce’s style varies a ton throughout the book, but it definitely includes pages on end without punctuation. In effect I find Joyce’s lack of punctuation maximalist and overflowing while McCarthy seems more sparse and severe. If that makes sense.
