sometimes the writing of this book just throws me offjdkwjdk it’s like either it or i can’t figure out if it wants to be antiquated and lyrical or modern and vulgar

i don’t know if i’m rocking with this reveal rn

I think this is the most shock this entire series has gotten out of me right now

i lied and we are actually in hell

Fitz you just pissed me off more than i’ve been at a main character in a long time

Ok well that was kinda anticlimactic i’m a little annoyed

the pacing of this story is a little baffling i’ve been gripped by suspense for the last two chapters and it feels like we’re at the climax racing toward the conclusion even though i’m only a quarter of the way through 😭 right now i’m not even sure which conflict specifically is gonna be resolved by the end of this book. i hope the thrill of the plot doesn’t end up dipping after this part is over
