Well-written biography, very detailed which slowed down my reading. Interesting home life with the Beecher, with her father as a pastor. Many of her brothers became pastors. She married a pastor and had several children, herWar. fighting in the Civil War. So many family members, her travels, etc., all made for interesting reading. I am glad I read it.
