The book is getting really good quickly! It’s so sad about Laurent’s death, and I’m really excited to read the next chapter. Where I left off, they were walking through the forest and found his stick, but not only that, they found the monster!

So far I’ve learned that the town basically finds Laurent LePage kind of crazy and annoying and I also learned that Armand has retired and Lacoste is now lead detective.
