might have to dnf. i love me a good period romance, especially if it’s sapphic, but i’m pretty sure if i made this book race against a sloth, the sloth would win. the writing is good so it’s probably a me problem, but it’s starting to feel like georgiana is stuck in an endless loop where the same day repeats itself over and over (fight with aunt and uncle, go to party, come back, be sad about parents. rinse, repeat).
