Apparently Milady is 25 instead of 22. Felton's such a pure and naive young man, poor dude. So much of this book is depicting the irony that religion is only a tool people use to achieve their schemes.

Ok I just found out from a review I saw that Milady being "branded" means she had once been a prostitute, and she's also only 22 after surviving her husband trying to hang her, hiding her identity, marrying a pretty important man named Lord de Winter, and becoming an important lady herself as well as the Cardinal's accomplice. I was sure she had to be at least 36

Wow d'Artagnan I don't like you at all anymore bro. Athos, on the other hand, is getting a lot more interesting. Everything, even a war between France and England, comes down to women, doens't it?

Those horses! What is wrong with these people?? How is it that they're all equally dumb??? Just when I thought I would start liking Athos, he turns out to be the dumbest of them all! I hope what little liking I have for d'Artagnan stays

This book is so different from The Count of Monte Cristo! So far I have no idea where things are going... all that work just to get some diamond studs back for the Queen!
