I genuinely am struggling to put this book down … it just keeps getting better.

I feel like I’m finding myself not being able to put this book down. I don’t understand the motives behind Acker or Kai. I feel like Brynn has been living in the background of her own life & she knows ABSOLUTELY nothing about herself or her life. But I just want more and I can’t stop.

No because wait a second?? What is captain wren and the whole alaha at this point hiding from Brynn that a blood oath had to be made??

I guess like Acker said, “the truth will reveal itself in due time”

No because wait a second ??? What is Captain Wren and the Alaha hiding from Brynn? Something so big a BLOOD OATH had to be made with Acker??? EXCUSE ME?

I feel like the “Dark eyed soldier” knows her. Aurora deserved more punishment than a couple hours in the brig and a missed party. And lastly, I think messer might be one of my favorite characters … but also, an arranged marriage trope ??? My favorite… but in a romantasy, SUPERIOR 😍. I just hope Kai doesn’t break my heart.
