༻⋆~K {Semi-ia}~⋆༺ When they actually hate each other through actions and words. Like, it's clearly there and the other character feels the same

imo, Cruel prince did an amazing job with it :D

Shades || semi-hiatus Pretty much what K said. But not abuse bc it's way harder (and often wrong) to come back from that.

༻⋆~K {Semi-ia}~⋆༺ @Shades yess ofc not abuse!!

.•stella•. (take me to camp half blood) (Happy pride month!) Yeah like when they actually get mad when In each other’s presence like I feel some people take it as enemies to lovers when there like not even enemies

message 5: by gadea (new)

gadea I heard somewhere that the big difference between rivals to lovers and enemies to lovers is that in rivals to lovers, they both have the same objective but only one can achieve it (eg being the first in class, or being chosen or something), and enemies have completely opposite motivations and purposes in the plot, so if one achieves what they want the other necessarily loses (for example, one is trying to murder the queen and the other is her royal guard). The thing about enemies to lovers is seeing their purpose and ambitions change as they fall in love.
Hope that helps!

Ash {Binding 13 Version} okay thank youuu

because basically in my book im writing their kingdoms are long time enemies and are always in war with each other and Wynter and Caspian argue with each other a lot sooo I feel like it would be enemies???

༻⋆~K {Semi-ia}~⋆༺ @stella no thats so true like tell me why powerless is considered an enemies to lovers when it was more of a one sided love in the beginning (i truly cannot remember a single time Kai actually despised Paedyn in the book until the end (that too he still really didn't))

✦✧ Anna ✧✦ {hiatus because of exams} When they’re like archenemies, but they have to work together or something like this. I‘m currently reading the renegades series by Marissa Meyer, it’s an enemies to lovers but only one of them knows they’re enemies it’s so good but really slow burn so like more action than romance
