This book got me out of the reading slump that priory of the orange tree so rudely put me in.
The first half of the book got me hooked!
Very easy read; has all the elements we know and love in a romantasy: the human woman who finds out she’s special, the first guy, the broody, distanced, dark haired one,… The fmc is great too, not snarky & annoying.
BUT at the 50% mark she just lost all her brain cells. Why??
