I must have remembered more of the previous books than I thought because various bits of this do make sense. The head-hopping is a bit distracting.

The Man from DelMonte
is starting
I’m a little apprehensive about starting this book as I have not yet read its predecessor, “Third Eye”. I have read all the rest of the main series of King’s Watch. However, increasingly it’s felt that I need to take some sort of exam before embarking on an instalment, because the cast and the action has grown so wide.
I’m a bit of a completist so I’m going to soldier on, but it may be the last time.
