When I say it’s detailed, I mean it’s detailed.
I’m in awe of how this author compiled this to be a pretty engaging narrative (for a nerd like me, anyway). There are 80+ pages of bibliography, etc
This book humanizes the man, reading almost like a novel, we’re peeping 👀 at all his good qualities, but also, all his flaws.

Woohoo. Made it to 400 pages! tonight’s reading not as exciting, still chronological going through wartime. Interesting to hear of Washington-Hamilton beginning alliances, and the, sadly about their parting of ways.
