You say you don’t want anything to do with magic but you’re fine with your cats having magic used on THEM ? And you’re ok with touching and organizing magical items ???

( So I’m basically hate reading now lol ) Agnes is doing a lot for Havelock for little to no reason. Focus on your cats !!! 🙄

I admire Agnes’s determination but it’s unrealistic for her to think she can save EVERY cat in the city. I mean she has like two staff members and they’re volunteers 🫩

Some reviews I read mentioned how this book was very similar to Howl’s moving castle and I honestly wasn’t seeing it until this chapter

So the FMC is a widow and she thinks about her husband a lot and I’m curious on how convincing the romance with the MMC is going to be because I’m lowkey more interest in her and her deceased husband’s relationship than the MC so far. Like she really loved that man 😭

For a 35 year old Agnes is unbelievably naive
