First section “Managing You” - all the right suggestions about *what* to do (manage your time, take breaks, come to terms with underlying fears, take care of your physical and mental health etc) but very light on *how* to do them.

At this point I have practices and routines that help with all of that, but if I was just starting out, I would need more practical advice than what she offers.
