i did not think gloria going to the court house would result in the klan!!!!! like just talking to the judge??? i knew they was gone be mad but the KLAN. i'm like actually scared and going to cry. like are we really about to die. and miz lottie whopped her kids as displine because she said it would be better coming from her than from massa. that's where the idea of whoppings originated from??
