I think there was something very profoundly coincidental that as I was listening to this book, I was sewing together my blanket of purple gold and black squares at the exact same time that the book was describing the contrast between gold and purple flowers and the beauty between the contrasting colours found in nature

I remember learning about some of these ideas during some environmental science courses I took back in the day
