Right out of the gate Adam Cohen has begun making a strong case that the Roberts Court sucks. Of course anyone who's been paying attention already knew that.
Note: There is a growing movement that desires that the USA Supreme Court be reformed. The two major reforms being proposed are (1) increasing the number of justices to 13 to match the number of jurisdictions and (2) establish a term limit of 18 years.
