Juno I struggle with this too but what helps me so much is 4-7-8 breathing (in for 4, hold for 7, out for 8) it calms your nervous system and makes it literally impossible to be anxious. Hope this helps! ♥️

Hii girly!!
So what I do is welp count by 9's and I NEED to keep my hands busy so I don’t pick my nails and skin so stress balls, picky pads, etc

✨Camille✨✝️ I pray and listen to meditations on the app Abide my mom got it for me bc anxiety used to genuinely take over my life (mine was about getting ill) I also noticed strong comforting smells help at least for me like peppermint oil or pillow spray idk this is just what works for me❤️


ּ ֶָ֢ fιfι ּ ֶָ֢「how's the view, stelly my love?」 my whole existence is a social experiment try the 5s trick: notice and focus on 5 things u see. find and touch 4 things and think about how they feel. channel into three things u hear. think about 2 things u can smell. and last, meditate on 1 thing u love. i hope this helps <33

Sorry I don’t have any other things to tell you. I have had stress before but I don’t think that those are the same. So I haven’t dealt with anxiety much…is yours social anxiety?


karlie jane (ice out version) i love having something to do with my hands at all times so like a stress ball or flipping a pen around your fingers something small like that helps me <3


&#x1f41a;Hannah&#x1f3a7;{you’ll find me at the beach} i usually find something to play with in my hands and breathing and meditation really helps

Sarah @Izzy, honestly i get anxiety abt a lot now…my social anxiety isn’t AS bad now, but i still have it. i’m getting anxious even in car rides, like wanting them to go quicker even tho they’re not that slow. Maybe it’s just bc the driving and stuff? like it’s making me anxious abt everything? idk but i hate it sm lol

I think it’s probably bc of you driving lately. When I started driving it made me more…aware to things that could happen. Does that make sense?

Sarah @Izzy yeah that makes sense! i’ve always been a very stressed and anxious person, and i guess im just more anxious than i thought lol
