Stuff being solved. Even if it was obvious this is a good journey. And spicy too hehe

Yeah this is why I don’t like the upper middle class. They’re so high and mighty about their morals just to fall back into the system. What do you mean you thought about turning the guy in…

Yeah, it was bound to happen. Arjan is the goat as always.

I don’t know if it’s the book or why own life but this felt precious to me. Just to be clear yes the artisan little shop in the cyberpunk narrative is nice ( even though I find the petit-bourgeois road a dead end) but it’s more about the fact that I read this part as I was outside going on with my life. I’ll always remember this precious moment. Maybe it will drown in other such experiences for now I enjoy it

Oh forgot to note. I like how now we have multiple expectations that structure the narrative. It was already the case but here it’s more obvious I think. Romance, Revolt, Mystery, Self discovery, are being done one step at a time. In some other books you’d see a character for each of those storylines embodying them. Here it’s only one and it flows naturally. Well done.

Well. It’s been a while. Got busy with shopping, tv series, movies and so on. Yeah and gaming. Needed that nier replicant rerun. The music in context is sooo good. Anyway. The cybermagicpunk nightmare goes on, escalates and old secrets are beginning to be unveiled. And Arjan hehe boy. I know what you are.

It’s building, it’s building and I like it.
Funny enough it has multiple povs but it’s clearly focused on one (as of now) which is what I usually prefer. It’s used to make the narrative breathe a little and to let the reader know access some situations they couldn’t with the main pov.
It’s mostly a murder mystery for now. Still with that shinra tower politics.
