"This is the second book by Jane Austen that I have picked up, the first of which was 'Emma'.I am currently 100 pages into the work, but I can already notice a similarity between the two books.I must say that it is not the plot of the book that I find interesting; in fact, I don't find it mind-blowing at the moment.Instead, I am fascinated by the customs, tastes, and language presented in the story."

"I think I'm starting to understand (a bit late, though) why the book is named that way. I can clearly see the contrast between Elinor and Marianne now."
I am quite sad there is nothing said about Margaret, I wish I would know how she’s like

I find a certain peace in this book. The storyline is not complex, the conflict is not strong; instead, i can’t help but notice their lifestyle. The importance of culture, the elegance of manners and clothing, the careful choice of words spoken by the characters, the artistic inclinations, these are such beautiful things, yet forgotten nowadays.
Only one thing hasn't changed though… guys are still just as stupid.

Well.. I don't think I expected anything else from those two men.Really curious to find out how their relationship turns out and what those men have in mind.It saddens me that those with genuine intentions are ignored, and the female protagonists choose the somewhat… wrong guys. That's pretty much how it happens in real life anyway.. waiting to see what solution they find tho.
