The opposite can also be true. Where the object of passion and will do not coincide. This affects ones voluntariness and eventually ones culpability. The degree of the passion matters. The more intense, the less culpable and vise versa.

If the object of passion is the same as the object of the will, then there is... voluntas secundum passionem or volition with passion.
