This is a dark romantasy with mafia like vibes to it. It has a morally grey MMC with a politically charged plot line. The book starts with what looks like an arranged marriage but where it stands not maybe not. The FMC has been so caged and hurt by her parents it breaks your heart and the sad part is the way her future is planned out it doesn’t look like that will end. Can’t wait to see how it turns out.
