Book is good so far we find out about 3 different cases; one in Colorado one in Tennessee and the one with Marci, I think it’s all connected. Anyways Vicky and Jude come across a suspect who tries to shoot at them and manages to escape he gets a hold of a hostage and Jude manages to take him down but not before the suspect dies they take hostage for paperwork

We meet the AI Chrissy and she kills Marci by overloading the house. Marci dies by electrocution causing her body to fall on top of a knife slicing her from chest to throat as she fell.
