Running out of audio hours sounds like such a Spotify issue lol! That is why I only ever pick books that come in under 15 hours. I tend to waste a few hours per month but never have to wait for hours refreshing mid-story!

It’s my own fault. I thought I was closer to the renewal date and only had a few hours left and refuse to give them more of my $
I always check now before I start after my listening hours ran out 15 minutes before a book ended. That was soooooo frustrating!
