Enjoying it so far! I wish there was more actual horror, though. I also think that the romance would work better as a straight up “enemies to lovers” or “reluctant allies”, rather than making them childhood sweethearts. The book spends too much time in the past and not the present. That being said, it’s still very enjoyable!
