This is a VERY 2018/2019 book. I wonder if it would have been more helpful as a sort of dialogue between the author and someone else doing the tasks/reflecting on their value personally. Without that, it kind of comes across as the author claiming some kind of authority over everyone's personal experience of white supremacy and privilege - and if you question this, it's automatically because of your white supremacy
