why are you reading this again 😭

I’ve probably read this 3 times as a child and teen and I want to experience it again as an adult with children. Just like I re-read “Go Ask Alice” and loving it as a kid, I hated it as an adult. So I’m seeing my perspective and how it’s changed over the years.

I plan to re-read the alchemist also to see how it effects me now vs when I was 22/23 years old.

It seems to me that these different reads give the book completely different meaning as you mature.
