oh my god, finished weintraub and brawne's story and i'm genuinely speechless. both were so so so good. brawne's reminds me a lot of wanda and vision... i think that's why i like it so much. oh my god. simmons' prose is so wonderful, everything is so vivid in my mind. i can already say that this is probably a masterpiece for me

martin's story was probably my least favorite so far. currently in the middle of weintraub's story and woooowww it might be my fave. super super sad what's happening to rachel, but i love this lovecraftian type of horror story that's going on

chapter two done and phewwww that was also wild, i didn't like the soldier's story as much as paul dure's and the constant mention of breasts and nipples really threw me off LMAO but the chapter ending was crazy... he really clapped that huh

a little fantasy break with some classic sci-fi!! this is so intriguing so far and hooked me almost immediately!! and dude i keep forgetting dure's story is literally just hoyt's retelling of his reason as to why he's here... this is so good!!!! and why am i lowkey getting horror vibes...
