I feel like Mandy was written just to provoke the reader. We get it, she's fake and heartless but Dean has chosen her since high school because of what exactly??? I'm tired of this book. Even the kidnapping part doesn't make sense now. Why wouldn't Dean just kill Earl from the beginning???!!!
