Have listened to the excellent audio book version for this and the second book, I’m now reading the first book on my kindle. One big difference is that I find it easier to keep track of the different characters when reading their names as opposed to listening to them. Also when listening I missed important details relating to Salme Dien’s relatives back in Commonweal which I picked up when reading.
