Honestly not sure yet such a difference from the show. I actually like the show better and bought the book because of the show. Miss the characters from the show. And I like Cal from the tv show and not the book. The Cal in the book is labeled to be a bum who really doesn't have a lot going for himself. I hope this changes as I progress in the reading.
