I just started - finished the first chapter - and I can guarantee I’m going to hate this book and will probably DNF. I DO NOT get the Abby Jimenez hype. Why does she insist on the SEVERE damsel in distress trope. The girl always has the most fucked situation imaginable and the guy is equally screwed up. I’m sorry I can’t stand this shit. Wtf.
