Isn’t Kazi taking Jase to Venda literally the same thing as him taking her to Tors Watch earlier in the book? The only difference is she secretly needed to go there.

I don’t understand how I am supposed to like Jase again. Like he literally only showed emotion for her when he was kissing her; and then he shuts off other than that. Also Kazi’s lies are so different than Jase’s lies. He was hiding criminals and I don’t care if he didn’t know, he still didn’t go to Kazi for anything.
