I think in books it's fine, but with TV shows and movies, it's different. I don't know why. PRETTY COOL THOUGH

@j☆keOHHHH OKKK, THANKS!!! i should lowk be fact checking these things before i post it but it’s ok at least im informed now, but seriously this book has mentioned such big names in the NHL, and the NHL in general.. i would just hate to see the author get in trouble, but i searched it up and so authors can mention the NHL/teams and real players with some rules, like you can’t shine a bad light on the NHL, and be mindful and all that stuff! so thanks for letting me know!
yeah! honestly, I'm only guessing myself because I know some books reference a lot of pop culture, like heated rivalry did the same, but the show wasn't allowed to do that, so they had to change things slightly
