Unintended (maybe) consequence of Obamacare: most cases of gender surgeries (butchery) are paid for in full, or close enough to it. That raises insurance rates AND cost of care for *everyone* across the board, in the US.

I am convinced that everyone who has pushed puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones on minors, needs to be tarred and feathered. At minimum.
