So far, this 900 page tome is a chore to read, but in a good way! It’s about the future, where rich people escape nuclear war by hiding in a mansion. The format is nothing like I’ve read before: there are nesting stories (one person tells a story about someone else, who tells another story, etc) and it can reach up to 9 levels deep. All the while, I am unsure if any of the narrators can even be trusted…
