I have such a soft spot for Mrs. Joad it’s actually insane

There’s such a deep connection that is so personal for each of the characters and it’s done so tastefully that you feel their emotions with them. Will never not rave about John Steinbeck and his writing.

This book carries a lot more weight than I expected it to, but that’s very on brand for a Steinbeck book

Mr Steinbeck has a way with words that make the simplest of things sound so regal
