I feel like a lot has happened but also not if that makes sense.

I like how the romance is still somewhat of a slow burn despite the fact that they’ve been married since pretty much the beginning.

It’s starting to kick off now.

I finally have time to read now that I’m home again.

First time reading this on holiday.

A fairly short chapter.

Read 2 chapters in the bath.

I swear every chapter has a really big time skip in between.

Went to another beach and read some more.

I think I remember reading about this time period in a book about queens from the middle ages.
