Okay, I hate to call bull on anything in this amazing series... but there is no way a random sports fan (even if they were a Shakespeare fanatic) would say "cute kids. they are a pair of star crossed lovers if ever I've seen one". Just no. If they liked Shakespeare they'd know that's a bad thing and would have used a better/happier couple. If they didn't know Shakespeare well then they would never have brought it up.
