Deeply moving and written so beautifully. She has verbalized a pain and a joy and a learning from chronic illness that gives words to my own journey. However, we see the church and the place of trauma much differently. I am saddened by the way she views the gathering of believers because of her pain and experiences. But I do value her obvious gift of writing and shared reflections.
