this book had me on the edge of my seat the whole time. it was really interesting and was the quickest ive finished a book in months, only like three days. the ended had me disappointed tho. her mom dies seconds before fbi walk in... literally if they "fought" for a little, her mom would be just fine. traumatized and haunted, but alive to be w her kids?? like ugh. also plot twist of the director didn't rlly shock me
