Auds’s Reviews > A Court of Mist and Fury > Status Update

Now, from pg 593 to the end of the book is just wild, insanity. So much information packed into so little pages. Tamlin is behind the capture of the inner circle?
Azriel’s wings were shredded? The king made Feyre’s sisters immortal? fae? The king broke the bargain between Rhys & Feyre? They are scheming? Tamlin’s a fuck (as per usual)? FEYRE IS HIGH LADY OF NIGHT COURT??? Unreal.

“I began shaking my head as if I could unsee it as Lucien and Tamlin stepped into the light.” ?!!!!!????!!

Then the attack on Velaris???? I’m shocked to say the least. I was not expecting the queens to sell the newfound information so quickly. Also, a sky full of Attor? horrifying.

Part 3 of this book… where to even begin. First, Rhys recognizing that Feyre is his equal & devoting himself to her is powerful, beautiful, gut-wrenching. Giving her space to be what she needs to be, feel what she needs to feel… it’s powerful.

Chapter 55 🥵

I understand why Feyre is shocked & upset at the news of Rhys being her “mate,” however, I would have thought she would have felt a sense of calm, a sense of belonging once she found out… I am happy to see she is painting again, however.

“The High Lord of the Night Court is your mate.” -Suriel

“and I realized I might very well be content to do exactly that forever.”
