I’m really liking this book so far I really am but I think the author made Beast a little TOO sensitive/wimpy he could be a tad bit more ferocious in my opinion. I’m getting a bit tired of seeing Claire coddle him like he’s her child 😬

The Gaston of the story just made his appearance 🙄

Claire told herself she would be more professional with Beast and then hugs him as soon as she gets back to the Manor lol I love it

I agree with his thinking. I think I’m seeing a hint of a savior complex in Claire through her interactions with Beast. She’s only known him a day and she’s trying to solve all his problems. Like get to know him FIRST !! I see why he’s annoyed 😅

Not to be a negative Nancy, but if I have to read another paragraph that includes the phrase “ She smiled “ , “ she grinned “ or “ she laughed “ I’m going to lose my mind 🫩
