Backstory for Om and Ishvar- were hindu low caste (family trade of cattle skin)- Dukhi sent sons to learn to sew from Muslim friend Ashram who lived in town. Narayam was murdered for wanting to place his own vote, then the upper caste killed the remaining family less Om and Ishvar. Ashram treats them as family as Ishram saved them when Muslims were being slaughtered. Set a place up in city in hopes of finding work
