right i’m sorry but this is obscene. one of her cats gets ill, and she genuinely considers leaving her young children (11 and 9) at home, at night, on their own, to sit with the cat at the vets so it doesn’t get lonely????? how about being a present mother??? this book is really rubbing me up the wrong way.
