The jury’s out… There are definitely some evocative descriptions of a lost world - the dirty, dusty, mean streets of Naples, 1950s. But, come on, there are only so many times I can read about the narrator’s exam results before thinking “build a bridge, and get over yourself!” Madoooo!!
