Listen, I’m really close to my mom however I think it’s really weird that the main character describes her mom as her soulmate and probably at the end of this book. She is gonna realize oh my mom wasn’t my soulmate this whole time but I think it’s really weird having lived 30 years with that perception of your relationship with your mom and it sounds very messed and not healthy and kind of whack.
