It’s an interesting perspective, a story being told to you but the actual content of the world building doesn’t much matter. The idea is it is set in a utopia of pure happiness, a mature happiness, not a naive sense of happiness.
I like that the author draws attention to the notion of happiness being misconstrued for naivety and evil for complexity
