i love knowing things. i love the standpoint this guy takes because history (like most human things) cannot be neutral. in general i like the shift academia, journalism, history, etc is taking to accepting bias and seeing it not as a bad thing to avoid at all costs, but rather something innate (and sometimes necessary) to storytelling (true or fictional) and knowledge
