First section was kind of a let down. Talked in very abstract general terms. Mostly gave the initial premise which was interesting but then just reiterated the sentiment- could have been done in half the pages. Hoping part two of the book gives more tangible and actionable science/insight/advice (which is what it promised to be according to the section description)
