Less than 8% into the book and I am questioning what happened to this series? It takes a sharp left turn into WTF territory. The authors apparently just dreamed up this twist after writing all the other books because there was NO lead into where it goes - at all. And that's a shame. It makes no sense now. It feels really dumb. The reviews say it works out so we will see.....
